RL HOUSE PROGRESS

Construction is continuing with builder Ferrocon on our RL House in Russell Lea. This new residence steps down the steep site to provide a good connection with the back yard, while lifting the living and master bedroom levels up and out towards the expansive view. The site required extensive excavation to set out the stepped levels. The concrete slabs for the lower ground levels and pool at the back have been poured, with bedroom walls ready to carry the living room slab. We are looking forward to seeing further progress on this exciting build.
