BAY VIEW HOUSE

We are in the design phase of a new project in Chiswick. An existing dwelling is proposed to be renovated and extended to include a new open plan living level on the top floor. Due to it's excellent location on a sloping street very close to Five Dock Bay, the house will enjoy panoramic views of the water and local parks. A folded roof plane will allow northern light into the living spaces, while a series of external rooms with various orientations will cater for year-round enjoyment of the outdoor environment.
