HUNTERS HILL HOUSE

HH progress.jpg

The Hunters Hill house project, designed with Sam Rigoli at Studio [R] Architecture and Design, is nearing completion. The project includes the refurbishment of an existing house (situated within a conservation area), and the addition of a new living pavilion to the rear. The pavilion, linked by a glass walkway, comprises a cedar-clad bedroom volume suspended above an open-plan living area. A new inground pool, small studio/guesthouse building, and a bbq area complete the composition within the extensive backyard area.

BIRCHGROVE TERRACE COMPLETE

Birchgrove Axo Drawing.jpg

We have recently completed a major refurbishment of an original workers cottage in Birchgrove. The concept includes a dense zone along the party wall, which at only 90cm wide manages to contain a host of functions including stairs, storage, kitchen, bathroom, robes and light wells, while allowing minimal imposition on the remaining living spaces.
